Management

The management committee comprises Seven board members. The office bearers are the Managing Director, President, Vice President, Treasure, Mantri, and Members.

The board meeting is held annually but emergency meetings at any time. The board

Members play an advisory role and also involved in thematic areas of the

Matters of recruitment, appointment, and procurement of equipment and materials and financial management. The board exercises necessary control, supervision, and direction to the staff and volunteers for going on activities.

Programs Management-

The Management is regular monitoring and analyzes the reporting about the work and gives necessary directions based on feedback from the field officer and also has maintained the regular flow of information both upward and downwards.

Financial Management-

The organization has maintained transparency in operations and accounts and monthly financial statement is prepared to monitor the financial status of each project. All the accounts (cashbook & ledgers) are maintained on daily basis. For

different projects, separate books of accounts are maintained and audited by an external Auditor.

Human Resource Management-

A dedicated team looks after the administration and controls the activities conducted by the organization. The organization follows sound HR principles for recruitment and appointment of the staff for an ideal environment and potential of HR for smooth implementation of programs.

It is being managed by a dedicated team of Social Activists and Volunteers with a view of facilitating the privileged section of the society to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs designed for their own growth and

development. It has been providing support to the disadvantaged sections of the community by encouraging their active participation at all levels so as to develop a self-reliant society with a focus on socio-economic empowerment of the

community especially women as decision-makers in the development

process. The registered office of the Organization is at Sharda Nagar Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. Our organization is also registered in the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities under the Disability Act.1995.Therefore our team is

dedicated to supporting persons with disabilities (Mentally retardation, Cerebral Palsy

, Autism and multiple disabilities} Such as Physiotherapy for the beneficiaries suffering due to cerebral palsy and Daily Living Activities for these beneficiaries.
